Day Five Pitlochry to Edinburgh Scotlands Capital

Todays route will take James from Pitlochry to the Capital of Scotland Edinburgh.  With a bit of luck it will take him across the Forth Road Bridge which allows cycles across.  It is a brilliant ride and such an iconic structure that hopefully we can share a picture of James as he goes across.

Just a bit of maintenance on the left and packing a very substantial lunch on the right.  It is important that both water and glucose is taken on board to keep the mind and body together.

If you want to support James look for his just giving page at the start of this blog.

Hi everyone -  Harry haggis here thought before Alan signs off for today I would just send you a couple of pictures of me - OMG did I have a night on the tiles last night - you know you have to celebrate what the guy above is doing although he doesn't appreciate what I am doing to keep James on the straight and narrow.  Anyway Bill and Michelle are taking it easy while I have to ride the whole route down to Canvey Island.
